Paid Time Off and Holidays
Paid Time Off (PTO) hours begin accruing after 90-days of employment. The accrued time can be used for vacation, sick, and personal time. Seven paid holidays (Memorial Day, July 4, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, the day after Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year’s Day) are provided to each qualified employee who has been employed at least 90-days.
401(k) Retirement Plan
After one year of employment, all eligible employees are enrolled in the company’s 401(k) Safe Harbor with Profit Sharing retirement plan during the following open enrollment period. Participation by the employee is not required, but 12-Point will automatically contribute the equivalent of 3% of the employee’s wages to this plan.
Employee Protection
An individual accident insurance policy with coverage on and off the job is provided by 12-Point at no cost to the employee. We carry Workers Compensation insurance for all employees, and this insurance covers you for activities performed while on the job.
